Procedimento Ricetta Cosce di Pollo all’arancia
In una teglia mettere a marinare le cosce di pollo con l’olio, il rosmarino, l’erba cipollina. Aggiungere anche il succo di un’arancia. Cuocete in forno a 200 per circa 40 minuti.

Per la glassa metti sul fuoco un pentolino con il succo dell’arancia e un cucchiaio di miele. Appena si sarà addensato spennella le coscette di pollo con la glassa ed inforna per altri 10 minuti.
